Full-wall mirrors require a different approach than a small bathroom mirror. We use J-channel or mastic adhesive in combination with mechanical fasteners anchored to studs, depending on the wall type and mirror weight. We never rely on adhesive alone for large panels. We also inspect the wall surface and framing before installation to make sure it can support the load. Safety and long-term stability are not optional on a gym wall installation — we do this right or we tell you why we need to address the wall first.

The three most common options we offer are flat polish (clean and modern, works with frameless installs), beveled edge (angled edge that catches light, gives a more finished decorative look), and seamed edge (slightly rounded, good for mirrors that will be touched or handled). For bathroom vanity mirrors replacing an existing framed mirror, flat polish is usually the right call. For an accent wall or decorative application, beveled edges often look significantly more intentional. We can show you samples when we come out.

Yes, and this is one of the most common mirror calls we get. Builder-grade bathroom mirrors glued directly to drywall pull off the paper facing when they come down, leaving a rough surface. We assess the wall condition, repair the surface if needed (or work around it in the mirror layout), cut a new mirror to the exact dimensions, and mount it properly with hardware that will not put you back in the same situation five years from now. We bring the new mirror on the first visit if the dimensions are standard; custom sizes require a separate measurement visit.
